Our Mission:
To bring glory to God by making disciples who bring all of life increasingly under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Our Vision:
To proclaim the Good News of Salvation through Worship, Preaching, Fellowship, and Acts of Service.
During the service, our worship team leads us with songs that declare God’s truth and promises. We sing the great hymns of the faith and the Psalms, set to lively and joy-filled music, as well as new music that proclaims the timeless truths of the Faith. As we sing, our focus is not on ourselves, but on the mighty God who made us and calls us to Himself.

Prayer
Prayer is an important part of worship at
Christ the King. Every Sunday, our service includes prayers of confession, praise, pastoral
prayer, and congregational prayers.
We approach God’s throne with boldness and confidence, knowing that our heavenly
Father hears and answers us through
Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Our Pastors faithfully proclaim the Word of God through expository preaching. They will typically preach through a book of the Bible, but there
are also special sermons that may deal with a specific topic. We believe that the Bible is the very Word of God. Hearing God’s Word proclaimed is life-changing. It convicts us and heals us by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Communion is the meal Jesus instituted for his church to remember and participate in his death on the cross. We invite all who profess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and have been baptized into His church, to participate with us in the Lord’s Supper.

Living in community is one of the values we hold at Christ the King. We facilitate this in many ways, but one of the best ways to build community is to eat together on a regular basis.
Once a month, after our morning church service,
we have a community meal together.
